Welcome to Martin's Limousine. By booking transportation services through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Transportation Services

Martin's Limousine provides private transportation services in the Denver metro area and surrounding locations, including airport transfers, concerts, special events, and scheduled rides.

Booking Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and the customer receives a booking confirmation email.

Wait Time & No-Show Policy

Chauffeurs will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If the customer does not arrive, respond, or contact the chauffeur within that time, the reservation may be considered a no-show and non-refundable.

Flight Delays

For airport pickups, customers should provide accurate airline and flight information. If valid flight information is provided and the flight is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust pickup timing.

Damage & Cleaning Fees

Customers may be charged additional cleaning or damage fees for spills, excessive mess, smoking, vaping, vomiting, or damage caused during the ride.
